What homes in Ada County usually need.
Every firm we introduce has passed the same seven-point Standard: licensed, insured, references called, and a site visit to finished work.
Permits follow the address. Inside city limits, permits usually go through the city; outside them, through Ada County. Either way, the firm should pull any permit the job needs.
Irrigation runs on a season. Many neighborhoods water from a pressurized irrigation system fed by an irrigation district, typically on from spring to fall. Start-up and blowout timing follow that schedule.
Hard water is the norm. Water across much of the Valley is hard. Flushing the water heater and servicing a softener extends the life of both.
