Free · member rates
Join with your address and email. When something needs doing, tell us; a vetted firm for that trade calls you at member rates. No card, no monthly fee.

Monthly · white-glove dispatch
One number to text for anything — a leak, a dead outlet, a hail-damaged roof. We put the right vetted firm on it and stay on it until it’s done. Recurring exterior services priced for your lot, if you want them.

Managed · your property, our calendar
We act as the property manager for your home: the year’s plan, every visit scheduled and inspected, one point of contact, one monthly bill. Quoted after a walk-through.

When there’s a job, at most two vetted firms for that trade call you at member rates. Firms pay us for the introduction; you never pay to join.
